A new video (in Filipino) by the Unyon ng mga Manggagawa sa Agrikultura (UMA), Tudla and the Luisita Watch network narrates the saga of farmworkers and reports on the current state of land reform and human rights in Hacienda Luisita.

A brief report on the implementation of government-mandated land distribution in the historic and highly-controversial Hacienda Luisita sugar estate controlled by the family of Philippine President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III. With the expiration of the government’s long-running Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) on June 30, 2014, Luisita farm workers under the alliance AMBALA continue to seek genuine land reform and justice.
